We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view course content solely for your personal educational use. This licence does not include any right to download, reproduce, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content.
3.3 User Submissions
If you submit any feedback, comments, or other content through the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate such content for platform improvement and operational purposes. You confirm that any submission does not infringe on third-party rights.
4. Payments and Enrolment
4.1 Fees
Certain courses or features may require payment. All fees are displayed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay the stated amount using an accepted payment method.
4.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a per-course basis and subject to the refund policy presented at the time of purchase. Requests must be submitted within the stated window. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside these parameters.
4.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the effective date of the adjustment.
